Oahu Hawaii Travel

I am leaving for Oahu May 8-17th, 2009
and I am looking to rent a basic car for the best price I can find.
I rented a jeep last time I came to Oahu and had a great experience
Unfortunately for me I cant remember the name of the place? I hear that if you rent outside of the airport it is cheaper and that they will shuttle you to and from the airport to the rental place?
Help!! I am on a budget and need a GREAT price!
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please send them my way!
